Registration problem and questions:

Q: My registration key doesn't work on my new computer. Help me.
or - I lost my registration key (HDD crashed, etc)
A: Send us your registration name, e-mail and serial number from screensaver settings to generate new or recovery existed registration key. We have plan to transfer this procedure to web interface.

Q: I press register button but nothing happenes.
A: We solved this proble in version 1.2.9 and later. Donwload latest version for processing registration.

Using problem solutions:

Q: Do you see black screen or message "Canvas does not allow drawing"?
A: We fix that. Download new version for free.

Q: Pictures has gradients (bad quality, not realistic).
A: Setup your video adapter to using 32(24) bit color for get maximum realistic pictures. See MS Windows/Hardware manuals for detail.

A: Custom build is special release of software with stored into "body" your affiliate id. It is additional guarantee earning money for affiliate.
